This Sealine S48 sleeps up to five people in two double cabins plus an occasional saloon berth.
The Owners cabin is forward with large island double berth with memory foam mattress. It has lots of storage including a large hanging locker. It has a very light and airy feel to the owners cabin with its opening deck hatches and portholes. to Starboard it has access to the en-suite heads compartment with electric flush toilet with a wash basin mounted in a vanity unit. Aft of the owners cabin is the saloon with an L-shaped seating to port with an upgraded and inlaid folding dining table which can seat up to six. The table drops down to form single berth.
The L-shaped Galley with a bar unit with Goppian counter tops is opposite. The galley has a 2-burner ceramic hob, combi microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment and twin stainless steel sinks, 70/30 split with mixer taps with hot and cold water, Hot water provided by the engines via a calorifier with a 240v immersion heater. Goppian sink covers and lots of storage space for food, crockery, cutlery and dedicated waste bin. The galley has two opening portholes.
Aft of the saloon and galley is a large midships cabin with double berth with memory foam mattress. It has lots of storage including a large hanging locker, full length mirror, and dressing table/writing desk. It has an en-suite heads compartment with electric flush toilet, shower and wash basin.
The interior joinery in high gloss cherry wood with teak and holly galley flooring, cream leather upholstery.
Steps lead up to cockpit with double seat helm position to starboard, a door to port allowing access to port side deck. It has generous cockpit seating aft around large teak table. This 2005 Sealine S48 has a blue and white GRP planning hull with white superstructure. Teak cockpit floors. It has a cherry wood interior with a mixture of teak and holly and carpet flooring.
This motor yacht has been owned by the current owner since April 2022 and is being sold as he is spending more time aboard than in the UK. The engines were last serviced in March 2023 when she was also antifouled, hull polished and anodes changed. The vessel is currently berthed in Chatham Marina where a berth is also available. This 2005 Sealine S48 has two Volvo TAMD 75 EDC six cylinder 480HP diesel engines fitted. The engine have well maintained with regular servicing. The engine have completed 585 and 587 hours as at 8th January 2024. The engine has dedicated fans and additional sound proofing.
The engines were last professionally serviced in March 2023 when new water pumps were fitted. Shaft drive to 4 bladed props. There are two stainless steel fuel tanks holding approximately 1550 litres. This motor yacht has a cruising speed of approx. 22 knots and a maximum speed of approx. 30 knots. It has hydraulic trim tabs.
The vessel is also fitted with a 7hp through tunnel bowthruster and also stern thruster. It also has a 11KVA Generator with through hull exhaust. The generator has been run for 363 hours as at 8th January 2024 and was last serviced in March 2023.
