Beschreibung
The Bayliner 2655 Cierra from 1999 is a used cabin cruiser made for weekend trips with overnight stays and relaxed family days spent on the water. A white hull with a red stripe and graphics on the topsides, railings running along the foredeck and a full cockpit enclosure with clear windows give this boat the character of a classic cruiser for inland and sheltered waters.
The cockpit is the heart of the boat. An L-shaped settee faces the helm station, and an additional seat by the companionway lets the whole crew travel within easy talking distance. Light, white upholstery contrasts with the dark teak-look flooring. The helm with its wheel and clear instrument panel sits to starboard, while moulded steps on both sides of the cockpit make it easy to reach the side decks and move forward. The soft top with zip-out panels turns the cockpit into a protected space on cooler and rainy days.
Below deck there are two cabins. Forward, a V-berth doubles as a sleeping area and a dinette, while aft, under the cockpit floor, there is a second, roomy berth. Between them sit a compact galley and an enclosed head compartment with a shower, so a few days aboard without going ashore are perfectly realistic.
Power comes from a single petrol MerCruiser inboard rated at 260 hp, working through a stern drive. The engine is tucked away under the lifting cockpit floor, which keeps servicing access straightforward and leaves the seating area free. The modified-V hull handles lake chop calmly, and the available power suits both easy cruising and a faster run to the next marina.
The Bayliner 2655 Cierra suits families or two couples looking for a boat for weekend getaways with overnight stays, longer trips across lakes and reservoirs, and long days spent at anchor. It is a choice for someone who wants real cabins with their own head compartment, a sheltered cockpit for a larger crew and a simple, familiar petrol drivetrain.
